📦 Shipping & Delivery Information:

Important Reminder: Please record a complete unboxing video as soon as you receive your wig.

  1. Before shipping, I will send you both the packing video and drop-test video for confirmation, ensuring the wig is intact and securely packed before it leaves my hands.

  2. The tracking number will be emailed to you within 3-5 business days.

  3. International shipping typically takes 4–6 weeks (may take longer during holidays). Orders ≥ $199 qualify for free shipping. If you need to receive your order sooner, please contact me before placing your order to learn about expedited shipping options (expedited shipping costs are at your own expense).

  4. Due to the special/custom nature of wig products, all sales are final once shipped. No returns or exchanges.

  5. For damages caused by shipping/weather issues, I will handle them based on the actual situation:

    Repairable damage (e.g., loose parts / melted gel): I will send a repair guide or ship replacement parts to you for free.

    Full refunds are not available.

  6. Incorrect Address (e.g., PO Box / incomplete address / missing house number / missing phone number resulting in failed delivery)

    Please double-check that your full address is valid within 60 days (especially for international orders).

    Must include: Full street address with house/building number + Phone number · PO Boxes/incomplete addresses are NOT accepted.

  7. Please report any issues within 48 hours of delivery (based on tracking records). Requests submitted more than 48 hours after the package is marked delivered will no longer be accepted. Timestamp is based on the carrier's delivery confirmation record.
